This memo assigns code "J1" for the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 (Public Law 109-163), as amended, Section 1206 for FY13. Tables C4.T2B. and C15.T2. have been updated. DSCA Policy Memo 13-56, Revision of Section C3.3.6. of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) has been posted. This memo removes revises Section C3.3.1. and removes Section C3.3.6. and subordinate paragraphs from the SAMM.
