Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), Administrative Changes, Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Policy 17-03, [SAMM E-Change 299]
This memorandum updates the SAMM with administrative changes. This memorandum does not contain substantive changes. DSCA will issue substantive changes to the SAMM under a separate policy memo/SAMM E-change. These administrative changes will be included in the online version of the SAMM at http://www.samm.dsca.mil.

- The Defense Security Assistance Development Agency (DSADC) has been renamed the Enterprise Application Development and Support Division (EADSD). References to DSADC in the SAMM have been updated to reflect this name change. By removing DSADC from the ESAMM Acronyms and inserting EADSD - Enterprise Application Development and Support Division in paras C5.4.14.7.3., C6.7.1.5., C6.7.1.6.
Revise Table C10.T7. Fast Track Countries to add Poland to the EUCOM Fast Track country list. Poland has always been a fast track country but was erroneously left out of the table.
