January 06-12, 2019	DSCA Policy Memo 18-64 Rescinding DSCA Policy 18-47 on Prior Coordination of Price & Availability (P&A) Responses with Contractors has been posted. This memo rescinds DSCA Policy Memo 18-47 due to potential negative consequences in meeting the requirements outlined in Section 1297(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017. Over the next 120 days, DSCA will lead a reassessment of options for responding to the requirements of Section 1297(b).
