September 02, 2021	DSCA Policy Memo 21-71, Update of Program Code "QT" to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Funding Provided for Peacekeeping Operations (PKO) has been posted. Effective immediately, program code "QT" is updated to track FY2021 O&M funds, in addition to FY 2020/2021 OCO funds, provided for PKO. Funds were provided by Division K of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2021 (P.L.116-260) and obligated via transfer from the Department of State to the DSCA via signature of a Memorandum of Agreement pursuant to section 632(b) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. This memo updates Code "QT" in Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities - PKO Africa.
