November 08, 2021	DSCA Policy Memo 21-87, Assignment of Program Code “TE” to Track Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Operation and Maintenance Funding Provided for Section 332 has been posted. Effective immediately, program code “TE” is hereby assigned to track FY 2022/2023 Operation and Maintenance (O&M) funds executed in support of Section 332 programs. Funding is provided under the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law (P.L.) 117-43). This memo adds Code "TE" in Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities - Section 332 - Defense Institution Capacity Building).
