DSCA Policy Memo 22-88, Assignment of Program Code "NX" to track Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Two-Year Operations and Maintenance Funding provided for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative has been posted.

Program code "NX" is assigned to track the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023/2024 Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI). USAI activities are authorized under section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for FY 2016 (Public Law (P.L.) 114-92), as most recently amended by the NDAA for FY 2022 (P.L. 117-81).

This memo adds USAI code "NX" to Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities - Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI).
