DSCA Policy Memo 24-65, Assignment of Semi-Permanent Program Codes "ZB," "ZC," "ZD," and "ZE" for 10 U.S.C. Section 333, Foreign Security Forces: Authority to Build Capacity, to Track Funding Beginning in Fiscal Years 25/26 to Support the Building Partner Capacity Long Term Solution has been posted.
The semi-permanent program code "ZB" is assigned to track funds under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 333 (Section 333) ("Foreign Security Forces: Authority to Build Capacity"). In addition, "ZC" is assigned as an alternate code if necessary for logistics purposes if "ZB" is not sufficient. Program codes "ZD" and "ZE" are assigned for the same purposes to be used when Case Designators for "ZB" and "ZC" are exhausted. The program codes support the Building Partner Capacity Long Term Solution.
