DSCA Policy Memo 24-90, Assignment of Semi-Permanent Program Code "LM" for 10 U.S.C Section 346, Distribution to Certain Foreign Personnel of Education and Training Materials and Information Technology to Enhance Military Interoperability with the Armed Forces to Track Use Beginning in Fiscal Years 25/26 has been posted.

The semi-permanent program code "LM" is assigned to track the provision of training to International Military Students under the authority of 10 U.S.C. Section 346 "Distribution to Certain Foreign Personnel of Education and Training Materials and Information Technology to Enhance Military Interoperability with the Armed Forces".
