  • DSCA Policy Memo 26-34 Foreign Military Sales Order I Case Closure Exemption has been posted.

    This memorandum exempts Foreign Military Sales Order (FMSO) I cases from case closure processes outlined in DSCA 25-97 and DSCA 26-01. A FMSO I case provides for the purchase and sustainment of spare and repair parts in Department of War inventory and is not used to provide any defense articles to the FMS purchaser.

    This memo adds section C16.3.1.3. Foreign Military Sales Order Cases (and subsections) to Chapter 16.
