DSCA Policy Memo 12-07 Information on Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) has been posted. This memo provides the Security Cooperation (SC) community with information on the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) to include the background on MIDS, the required release approvals, and the responsibilities of those organizations involved in the release process.

DSCA Policy Memo 12-24 Establish and Revise Nonrecurring Cost (NC) Recoupment Charges - AGM-65G2 Missile and Components has been posted. This action establishes initial NC recoupment charges for the AUR and CAS and supersedes the charge for the GCS established on September 30, 2004 via I-04/012726-P2 (memo not posted). Appendix 1, CATEGORY IV - Launch Vehicles, Guided Missiles, Ballistic Missiles, Rockets, Torpedoes, Bombs and Mines has been updated to reflect these changes.

DSCA Policy Memo 12-25 Establish Nonrecurring Cost (NC) Charge - CH-46 Helicopter with Two T58 Engines and CH-46 Helicopter without Engines has been posted. This action supersedes DSCA 11-05, dated January 24, 2011.Appendix 1, CATEGORY VIII - Aircraft, Spacecraft and Associated Equipment Aircraft, Helicopters has been updated to reflect these changes.

DSCA Policy Memo 12-26 Establish Nonrecurring Cost (NC) Charge - AN/AYK-29(V)1 Distributed Targeting System (DTS) and AN/AYK-29(V)1 Distributed Targeting Processor (DTP) has been posted. Appendix 1, CATEGORY XII - Fire Control, Range Finder, Optical and Guidance and Control Equipment has been updated to reflect these changes.
