- Rescission and replacement of Program Codes to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2017/18 Counter-ISIL Train and Equip Fund (CTEF) for Iraq, 2017/18 Counter-ISIL Train and Equip Fund (CTEF) for Syria and Pakistan Stability Operations Funds (PSOF) DSCA Policy 17-35 [SAMM E-Change 366]
Effective June 23, 2018 all Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 Iraq Train and Equip Fund "Z5" cases were cost transferred to the newly created FY 2017/2018 Counter-ISIL Train and Equip Fund (3T) holding account. The funds availability and case closure notes for all "Z5" Letters of Offer and Acceptance created during the 2017 Continuing Resolution should be amended to reflect the 2017 annual appropriation information (see attachment).
