Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Policy Memorandum 24-22, Update of Chapter 13 Security Cooperation Information Technology Systems [SAMM E-Change 672]

This memorandum updates the DSCA Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Chapter 13 Security Cooperation (SC) information technology (IT) systems. Chapter 13 provides guidance to the SC community on the management of DSCA-funded IT systems and identifies the major IT systems used by the SC community. This update institutes DSCA's IT governance framework for the selection and approval of SC IT investments by SC decisionmakers. The policy in the attachment is incorporated into the SAMM at https://samm.dsca.mil.
