December 02, 2021	DSCA Policy Memo 21-81, Assignment of Program Code "FK" to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 Funding Provided for Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation has been posted. Effective immediately program code "FK" is assigned to track FY 2021 funds authorized for Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation by section 3101 of the FY 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) (Public Law (P.L.) 116-283)). Funds were appropriated under Division D of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (P.L.116-260) and obligated via an Economy Act transfer from the Department of Energy to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency on September 24, 2021. Funds are available until expended. This memo adds Code "FK" in Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities - Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation).
