December 13, 2021	DSCA Policy Memo 21-96, Assignment of Program Code "PD" to track Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Operation and Maintenance Funding Provided for 10 U.S.C. § 333, Foreign Security Forces: Authority to Build Capacity ("Section 333") has been posted. Effective immediately, program code "PD" is assigned to track FY 2022/2023 Operation and Maintenance (O&M) funds executed pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 333, Foreign Security Forces: Authority to Build Capacity ("Section 333"). Funding is provided under the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law (P.L.) 117-70). Funds are available for obligation until February 18, 2022. The program code applies to funds designated for Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) and will apply to "Enduring Base" funds as referenced in the final FY 2022 appropriations bill, once enacted. This memo adds Code "PD" in Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities - Section 332 - Defense Institution Capacity Building.
