DSCA Policy Memo 21-07, Requirement of the Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS) Implementation has been posted.
This memorandum establishes policy directing the Security Cooperation community to use Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS) compliant systems executing Security Assistance Accounts (SAA) financial transactions. The SFIS is a comprehensive data structure that supports requirements for budgeting, financial accounting, cost/performance, and external reporting across the Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise.
This memo updates C14.3. - Standard Financial Information Structure, and renumbers existing sectons.

DSCA Policy Memo 21-47, Assignment of Program Code "EP" to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2021Funding Provided for Peacekeeping Operations (PKO) and Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI) has been posted.
Effective immediately, program code "EP" is assigned to track FY 2021 funds provided to execute PKO and GPOI programs under the authority of section 551 of the Foreign Assistance Act (FAA) of 1961, as amended. Funds were provided by Division K of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2021 (P.L 116-260).
