Effective immediately, program code “NV” is assigned to track FY 2022/2023 Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Base funds executed pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 333, Foreign Security Forces: Authority to Build Capacity (“Section 333”). Funding is provided under the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law (P.L.) 117-43).

This memo adds Code "NV" in Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities - Section 333 - Foreign Security Forces: Authority to Build Capacity.
