September 02, 2021	DSCA Policy Memo 21-70, Update of Program Code "7E" to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Funding Provided for Peacekeeping Operations (PKO) has been posted. Effective immediately, program code "7E" is updated to track FY2020 O&M funds, in addition to FY 2019/2020 OCO funds, provided for PKO. Funds were provided by Division G of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2020 (P.L.116-94) and obligated via transfer from the Department of State to the DSCA via signature of a Memorandum of Agreement pursuant to section 632(b) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. This memo updates Code "7E" in Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities - PKO Africa.
