February 01, 2022	DSCA Policy Memo 22-27, Assignment of Program Code "ND" to track Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Operation and Maintenance Funding and "NB" to track Fiscal Year 2022 Operation and Maintenance Funding Provided for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative has been posted. Effective immediately, program code “ND” is assigned to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2022/2023 Operation and Maintenance (O&M) funds, and program code “NB” is assigned to track FY 2022 O&M funds executed pursuant to Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2016 (P.L. 114-92), as amended (“Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative”). Funding is provided under the “Further Extending Government Funding Act”, (Public Law (P.L.) 117-70). Funds are available for obligation until February 18, 2022. This memo adds Codes "NB" and "ND" to Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities - Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI).
