Program code "PQ" is assigned to track the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023/2024 funds executed under the authority of Section 1263 of the FY 2016 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) (P.L. 114-92), as amended most recently by Section 1241 of the NDAA for FY 2022 (P.L. 117-81). Funds were provided under the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2023 (Division A of the Continuing Appropriations and Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act for FY 2023 (P.L. 117-180)). This memo adds MSI code PQ to Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities - Indo-Pacific Maritime Security Initiative (MSI).
