DSCA Policy Memo 24-67, Assignment of Semi-Permanent Program Codes "WP," "WQ," "WR," "WT, "WU," and "WV" for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, to Track Funding Beginning in Fiscal Years 25/26 to Support the Building Partner Capacity Long Term Solution has been posted.
The semi-permanent program codes "WP," "WQ," and "WR" are assigned to track funds under the authority of the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative. In addition, "WT," "WU," and "WV" are assigned for the same purposes to be used when Case Designators for "WP," "WQ," and "WR" are exhausted. The program codes support the Building Partner Capacity Long Term Solution.
