October 25-31, 2020	DSCA Policy Memo 20-57, Security Assistance and International Programs Deposit Account (SAIP) Deposit Account added to the Security Assistance Accounts (SAA) Financial Statements has been posted. The Security Assistance and International Programs Deposit Account was established in 1978 to support the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) E-3A Program deposit account. Currently, the SAIP Deposit Account is not part of the SAA Financial Statements and therefore it does not comply with the requirement for all SAA activities to be reported in the SAA Financial Statements. Effective Fiscal Year 2021, DSCA will include SAIP Deposit Account under DSCA purview of the SAA Financial Statements to report all SAA activities.
