DSCA Policy Memo 12-41, Revision to Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Chapter 15 on Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Program Management and Execution has been posted.

These revisions are a result of feedback and questions received from the Implementing Agencies and have been developed in coordination with the DSCA Directorates, as appropriate.

This memo has renumbered figures in Chapter 15 as well as modifying large portions of the chapter.

DSCA Policy Memo 12-52, Assignment of Program Code ''H8'' to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2013 Funds Provided for the Section 1206 Global Train and Equip Program has been posted.

This memo has updated Table C4.T2B. as well as Table C15.T2. to include information on the H8 code.
