March 08-14, 2020	DSCA Policy Memo 20-17, Modification and Updates to Program Code "Z5" Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 Funds Provided for the Iraq Train and Equip Fund (ITEF) Program has been posted. Effective June 23, 2018 all Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 Iraq Train and Equip Fund “Z5” cases were cost transferred to the newly created FY 2017/2018 Counter-ISIL Train and Equip Fund (3t) holding account. The funds availability and case closure notes for all “Z5” Letters of Offer and Acceptance created during the 2017 Continuing Resolution should be amended to reflect the 2017 annual appropriation information. This memo updates Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities Counter-ISIL Train and Equip Fund (CTEF) table and Iraq Train and Equip Fund (ITEF) table.
