Program code "EJ" is assigned to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2022/2023 Counter-ISIL Train and Equip Funds (CTEF) for Syria and "QY" is assigned to track FY 2022/2023 CTEF for Iraq. CTEF activities are authorized under the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2015 (Public Law (P.L.) 113-291), as most recently amended by the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for FY 2022 (P.L. 117-81), and are funded under Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 (P.L. 117-103).
