Program code "DY" is assigned to track the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023/2024 funds executed under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 332 (Section 332) ("Friendly Foreign Countries; International and Regional Organizations: Defense Institution Capacity Building"). Funds were provided under the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2023 (Division A of the Continuing Appropriations and Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act for FY 2023 (P.L. 117-180)).
