Program code "EX" is assigned to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2022/2023/2024/2025 Afghanistan Security Forces Fund (ASFF). ASFF activities were originally authorized under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for FY 2006 (Public Law (P.L.) 109-163), as most recently amended by the NDAA for FY 2021 (P.L. 115-232).

This memo adds code "EX" to Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities - ASFF.
