Program code "UC" is assigned to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2023/2024 funds for Peacekeeping Operations (PKO) in Africa appropriated in the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Program Appropriations Act (Division K, P.L. 117-328). PKO activities are authorized by section 551 of the Foreign Assistance Act, as amended (22 U.S.C. Section 2348). This memo adds PKO Code "UC" to Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2.
