DSCA Policy Memo 24-64, Assignment of Semi-Permanent Program Codes "YB" and "YC" for 10 U.S.C. Section 332, Defense Institution Capacity Building, to Track Funding Beginning in FY25/26 to Support the Building Partner Capacity Long Term Solution has been posted.
The semi-permanent program code "YB" is assigned to track funds under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 332 (Section 332) ("Defense Institution Capacity Building"). Program code "YC" is assigned for the same purpose to be used when Case Designators for "YB" are exhausted. The program codes support the Building Partner Capacity Long Term Solution.
