DSCA Policy Memo 19-57 Assignment of Program Code "Q9" to track Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI) funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 GPOI has been posted.

Effective immediately program code "Q9" is assigned to track FY 2019 funds provided for the Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI). Funds were provided by Division F of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019 (P .L.116-6) and obligated via transfer from the Department of State to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency via signature of a Memorandum of Agreement pursuant to section 63 2(b) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 , as amended, on September 30, 2019. Funds are available for reprogramming and expenditure until September 30, 2023.

This memo revises Table C4.T2B. - Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved) and Table C15.T2. BPC Programs and Authorities - GPOI.
