This memorandum updates the SAMM with administrative changes to the Fund Source case note for non-DoD funding and the Administrative Surcharge case note.

DSCA Policy Memo 21-31, Cancellation and Reassignment of Program Code "DU" to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2021/2022 Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Funding Provided for 10 U.S.C. § 332, Foreign Security Forces: Authority to Build Capacity ("Section 332"); Assignment of Program Code "AB" to Track FY 2021/2022 Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) Funding Provided for Section 332 has been posted.

Effective immediately, program code “DU”, originally assigned to track FY 2021 O&M funds used to support Building Partnership Capacity (BPC) programs executed under 10 U.S.C. § 333 is hereby cancelled. Program code “DU” is hereby reassigned to track FY 2021/2022 O&M funds executed pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 332, Friendly Foreign Countries; International and Regional Organizations: Defense Institution Capacity Building (“Section 332"). Program code “AB” is hereby assigned to track FY 2021/2022 OCO funds executed in support of Section 332 programs.

This memo revised and adds codes to:
